How much are 311 cfm BARE 243's worth?
I'm moving to 317's-F/I and still want my springs/Ti-retainers/2.02/1.60 valves. How much would my ported 311 cfm @ .600'' 243's be worth? 63cc. I don't have a flow sheet.
Thanks
Thanks

not to mention, you dont have to get heads with a bigger combustion chamber to lower compression. if your wanting to go FI, why not get forged dished pistons, and run those heads? you already have heads that flow great, along with all those goodies. idk, guess if i ever go FI im keeping my ported 243s and going with a forged FI bottom end.
yeah depending on flow numbers and quality they should be worth 6-800 bucks to the right guy, 3-500 is the norm on regular 243's, and new ported ones are 1000-1400.

Hand ported means we have to trust/believe you, flowsheet or not. Even if you had a flowsheet it doesnt mean you didnt purely make up the numbers, or have a happy flow bench.
Basically I think it could make them worth less than an unported set, unless you find a buyer who is thinks "ported" heads are always "better" heads.
Plus with 2.02 valves you cant just replace them with standard valves, the buyer will have to buy aftermarket valves as well to complete the heads.
