Default Head Milling Question

My engine is being re-built and am having the heads milled and need some input on the amount to take off. The heads are TEA Stage II milled at .003 off. The pistons have 4cc reliefs and the cylinders are just bored and honed. What amount can I mill to retain the 11:1 compression and not get into fitment issues with the intake?
Thanks.

I have been "told" a total of over .060" mill is where you start to run into fitment problems. If you take a lot off you can go with a slightly thicker gasket
