how much this cam should be putting down
its a 1999 t/a with starting from the back...3.73 gears, stock A4 with no stall , with volant cai,fast90/90/high flow fuel rails ,30lb injectors, high flow fuel pump, electric water pump(with is getting put on as we speak),243 cnc ported heads with a z+221 221/226 .565/.560 114lsa cam with the high flow oil pump and underdrive pully whew now PLEASE TELL ME HOW MUCH HP/TQ THAT IS TECH IN ON THIS ASAP!
I say that because your tune is all jacked up with the new injectors and the mods. you cant just use a dialbo tune and expect wonders
For example when I finished my build and I went for a tune, the first pull was hardly any more HP over stock but after the tune It went up almost 90 RWHP!

The fueling stuff is nice but not at all necessary and will net you 0 with those mods. But at least that is done when you want more power...
Stock rocker arms are lighter than any aftermarket and really only needed in some aftermarket heads to correct geometry issues or in extreme highlift apps. Not really the best choice for your setup.... I hope you have enough spring to control the extra weight or you are losing valve control and costing yourself.
What springs ya running and who ported your heads?
Not trying to dampen your enthusiasm but you will see 12's if your short block is healthy!!!

The car is going to feel real lazy with the stock stall. If he wants to see that 400hp mark he needs a cam more in the 230 duration range. My car put down 373 hp with a 224 cam, 2800 stall, and home ported 243 heads. Now I have a tv.2 cam from texas speed and a 3600 stall and it puts down 424 hp with a looser converter. tv.2 cam specs are 232 234 .598 .595 on a 113 lsa.
stock stall will rob hp on a dyno, they are about 25-30 lbs heavier and that eats up hp.
I would sell the diablo, get a bigger cam to match the heads and get a dyno tune if possible. I will never put a cam smaller then 230 in an ls1 car again, that seems to be the sweet spot for great torque and driveability.
Second with out an actual tune you will not get the full power gains from the cam and set up. If 390 is what most M6s get then you are looking easily around 360 or 350 I would be more conservative and say 340.
I own an A4 Corvette and my best dyno N/A on 91 octane was 412/356 and once I did the E85 conversion that gives you 30 rwhp more.
The N/A set up I have is extensive and the Tune was done by one of the best tuners in my area. With the set up I am going back to on 91 octane I ran an 11.8@118 consistently.
