Default running out new engine
98 SS New Engine with Truck Heads. Just started and appears to be running hot, pulled thermostat and tested good. Hot water circulating in radiator and fans running but steam coming out temp sensor port. Any Advice?

tried everything i know to vent air out . still seems to not b circulating thru the engine
