Which windage tray?
Which windage tray? Im putting a 6.0 in my camaro and just shelled out the $ for an f-body ls1 oil pan and pickup tube. Can i use the factory 6.0 windage tray or do I need to find one out of a ls1? Any input would be great!

The washers will clear the rods on a stroker application but the 6.0 long style windage tray will not clear the front raised area of the F body oil pan it will not allow the pan to sit flush to the block.
The front section of the pan is raised to clear the K frame and pushes the pan too close to the rotating assembly that some stroker setups need to clearence the pan for the #1 rod bolt so the front part of the windage tray has got to go when using a stock F body pan.
