Default What cam in a H/C/I ?

I have a 99 camaro with a LME short block, Patriot stage III heads, a F.A.S.T. 90mm throttle body, compression is 11.3:1. What is the best cam? Thanks Lee

I'd say read the stickies!

Actually, you seem to be missing an intake to support that built shortblock. What are you planning on doing? Is it a 347 or a 402, 408? You are gonna have to tell us more if you want something other than my usual reply to the "what cam" thread.

Sorry the motor is a 347. I'm selling it to a friend. This combo only made 370 rwhp with a yank ss4000 unlocked. Locked it was 401. My engine guy is going to check the motor over and see what cam is in it. I'm building a Warhawk 454 with there LS7X cnc heads.

If LME built the motor, I would have Bryan spec out a custom cam for it.
Hit up PatG to spec out a cam. A custom ground cam is going to be your best route.
the cost is about the same as an off the shelf cam.
