Default help head porters!!!!

what its need to be done in installing bigger intake valves on a 5.3 heads????anyone have tried this or have any idea or steps in doing this iam trying to do it myself any pics would be great....

You'll need to have the seats machined out bigger to put the new valves in

can it be done with a grinder or the tools to port heads cuz a friend of mind ports heads so iam willing to try it out with some tool...

I wish it was that easy...it needs precise cutting tools to get with in a predetermined tolerance of a size. Something stable...hands tools would never be precise enough. There is a correct tool and way to do this, id call up a machine shop because its fairly involved
