It really was a poor choice. If I were you I would compare flow numbers and ask other "EXPIRIENCED" members on this board about what they think of those heads. But if you are trying to save "A" hundred bucks, then you get what you pay for. Good luck with your build...

Search is broken as I said.
I honestly couldn't find any threads about the Patriot heads being bad.

tea's get the job done, but they are way up in price if he has to provide cores.

Based on the flow charts provided the stage 2.5 actually flow less than the stage 2 if you look at it. The only advantage is oversized valves. Comparing apples to apples so to speak is the prc 2.5 vs tea 2.

If I were building my entire motor I'd go with a completely different cylinder head.
