Default Looking for general recommendations and info

Long story short I bought a 98 Camaro from a guy who was having financial difficulties. Within two weeks he up and left and I have not heard from him since. What he did leave me was a ton of shipping invoices and receipts for multiple parts he put on the car and being a first time ls1 owner I'm not sure what I really have. I know its fast but I just want to hear what the motor experts think Cam, injectors ext. wise and get opinions on what could be done better. BTW I've never built a motor or really played with internals so forgive my terminology and correct me if I make mistakes.

Here is what I've pieced together from the receipts and invoices and observations in the engine bay:

-FAST 90 intake with Nick williams TB
-SLP lid
-AFR 205 heads
-MAC mid length headers
-MAC Y pipe with cats

Things on Thunder Racing invoices:
Hypertech 160 DEG. Powerstat
DELPHI 37LB injectors

There is a custom tune work sheet from thunder racing and he mentioned having it tuned by sending them the ECU. On the tune sheet it shows the cam as "Duration @ .050 - 224 intake 224 exhaust with .563 lift on both intake and exhaust" It also says "on file" which Im assuming means the cam came from them...same with the AFR heads "on file"

On a weird note, I have a friend with a tuner/programmer who looked at the tune a year ago and said the only thing different over a stock tune was a slight reduction in the fuel table near idle. Nothing else was different.

Further down the pile I found a JEGS invoice for an eagle crank/piston combo. Searched their site and came up with this: http://www.jegs.com/i/Eagle/356/B12804/10002/-1

It also has bear breaks in front and back. The fronts are obviously not stock size...like 14-15 inch diameter and an 18 wheel barley clears the calipers. It had Eibach lowering springs but I could not take bottoming out on everything and put stockers back on for now. KYB shocks all the way around, level 3 4l60e with two fluid coolers, and a few other minor mods.

Those are what I know of. What would you guesstimate the HP to be at with the above mods? Im overseas and cant find a tuner to even look at it. I also have not located a dyno anywhere to find out. Just want everyone's opinion. THANKS!

EDIT: I just noticed that the eagle stroker kit was purchased AFTER the tune was done...what would happen if it wasn't tuned since then?

the combination of parts you have listed above is a very stout setup, I would guess that it is somewhere around 425-450 HP area with your auto, Thats a pretty Good H/C combo, The tune comment I cant say, I Know that thunder racing Had a very good rep and I highly doubt that the only thing changed was a an adjustment on the fuel table, I know that the table had to be modified when the bigger injectors were added. The baer brakes and level 3 trans are not minor mods, they are great performance mods, and not cheap.
The real mystery is the stroker kit, If that is what is in it, then it is a 383 stroker engine. If that much work was done I highly doubt that the car was not re-tuned to take advantage of the added displacement. So the real question is if that kit was put in the engine, or if it was bought for another engine the seller may have had. If it was put in your car then surely it was tuned. My point being this there is no way to know the power the car will put down unless you put it on a dyno, Or take it to the track. One thing for sure is this,,,, the previous owner of your car threw a ton of money at it.
One thing I know I would change is get rid of those mid length headers and get a set of long tubes.

is there a way to verify that the stroker kit is in there without taking the oil pan/ heads off? Maybe measure depth through the spark plug holes or something? Im pretty sure it is as this was the only f-body he had but just to make sure...the invoice is also dated a year before I bought it.

dont know any other way to verify besides removing the heads, that would only show you if the pistons were replaced. The only real way to know would be remove the oil pan, the eagle rods would be a dead givaway.

I may just have to sneak in there one day to find the truth. If it wasn't tuned again after it was installed, what might I see performance wise with a fresh tune?

A mediocre tune and a great tune can easily make 20-30 HP or so of a difference with those mods.

What in the way of a cam upgrade would anyone recommend or is it ideal for the above mods?

I had the same TR224 cam for a while. It's actually a good cam that make lots of torque and is well behaved on the street. If it's a daily driver, keep it. If you plan on racing a lot, then yeah, you'll probably want to go bigger. I made 40 more HP over the TR224 with my current TR230/236 cam, but lost a little torque.
