Im using the edelbrock pump. My car was running hot with the stocker, but thats because the stock pump was leaking. Temps are nice and cool now, but again thats more about fixing the leak than anything else. But the edelbrock pump and pulley looks much nicer if thats important to you haha

The only real issue im experiencing is that the edelbrock pulley is larger than stock, and that, along with the katech belt tensioner is making it impossible to find a belt size that works at the local parts store. I havent gone online to check, but its right between two belt sizes that they offer locally, with one not fitting, and the other having too much slack, and so I had to go back to the stock tensioner for the time being.

well thanks for the info, so there was really no gain in cooling from this pump over the stock when it was working correctly

I just installed one, but motor isnt running yet, as far as looks and build quality it seems very nice. Kinda Pricey, the only issue I had was one of the fittings to the heater core wasn't fully tapped so I just had to run a tap through it. Overall I am impressed so far. Also be aware you will need to purchase a waterpump inlet off a 2004+ waterpump.

It is supposed to flow more so I ASSUME it will cool better. My car runs on the hot side in summer so I am going to try one when the time comes. It would have been cheaper than my big dual 1" core aluminum radiator for sure.........
