Flow numbers for stock 5.3 heads?

Flow numbers for stock 5.3 heads? Does anyone have the numbers for these heads from .200-.500, .550, .600, .650 for intake and exhaust?
I am sure this has been asked 100 times before so if so please scold me and swear me down with powerful oaths!

I attached stock flow numbers for the LS1, LS6, 5.3l, and 6.0l heads. I flowed these on Thunder Racing's Superflow 1020 bench.
