I have a ls1 im putting an ms4 cam in im gonna be running 243s but thinking about 215s would they flow alot better then 243s would with an ms4 cam and ls6intake?

 

If you have the budget for it, hands down go with the PRC 215's. They will make more power, better casting, and can still use the factory rocker arms. Also, with the MS4 you can run the 215's without flycutting. IMO, it is worth the money to upgrade to the aftermarket casting. Not saying the 243's are a bad head but if you have the budget, get the best you can!

I run the PRC stage 2.5 LS6 heads, they make really good power. You'll need to flycut though.

 

PRC 215's or Their PRC Stage 1 LS6 head. both are ok without flycut! which helps on the budget!

 

I am running AI's stage I 243s with 215 runner cut into them and no fly cutting here. Mine is a custom cam with specs close to that of the MS4.

 

I am talking to TSp about the same thing and they suggested the same thing to me. I dont think you can go wrong with either head, but if money aint and issue then go with the prc 215s. Besides the they didnt use the ls6s on the fastest h/c car...

 

Im running ported 243's. I love my setup. Within 500 miles i fried my ls7 clutch, so i dont have any track nums.
