Default Dingle Berry Flex vs 3 Prong Cylinder Hone

I have a decent Ls1 block that doesn't need much material taken off. I want to be as in-invasive as possible when honing. Which style hone would be best? What grit should I use? I was recommended this

What do you guys think?
