1.75 rocker?
does anyone make these -and if so whats the biggest bang for the buck
could i use a 1.85 on a 226/234/558/575@112 without smacking a valve
heads arent milled -only 5 thow for resurface-stock head gasket
and if i could what would my lift be with them with the above cam

On top you mentionned 1.75 which would make your cam 226/234, .580/.598 112lsa
Like I said .598 exhaust is tight.Head gasket used is also a factor.
Now with 1.85 this would be 226/234, .562/.632 112lsa which is a nono with stock pistons.
As a rule of thumb anything with over .550 lift should stick to the 1.7 with stock pistons. Unless you are willing to go with recessed pistons but that will negate the effect by decreasing the CR.
That is for SURE.

How do you figure that???? Aren't we forgetting somthing about duration? A blanket statement like that is how valves end up embedded in pistons.

so i guess my question is with a 1.75 rocker would i hit with my 226/234/558/575@112
i have a line on a cheap set of 1.75's so i kinda need to know "for a fact" so i dont buy them and be stuck with them-and would i need to go with a shorter pushrod?

Like JRP said man " it is much better to get a high lift ground cam, than to obtain it via rockers". Too much stress IMO and piston slap is possible. Take into consideration gaskets. Basicaly you should stay under.550 to use higher rocker ratios.
Can it be done? IMO tolerances would be slim and not worth the risk. PV clearance would have to be proffesionaly measured. Therefore negating the cheap cost.
