Default LS7 Lifters and 7.350" Pushrods

Will this combo work with stock cam, stock GM MLS gaskets, and no decking of the heads or block? I did search, but literally about half said to use stock 7.400" pushrods, and the other half said to use 7.350" pushrods, due to the 0.050" taller LS7 lifters.

I am going to be replacing the lifters in my '01 5.3L and swapping in an LS1 cam at the same time. I just want to make sure the preload will be okay and that the valvetrain won't be louder than stock.

Thanks!

LS7 lifters work with a stock pushrod length in a stock application. Thats what I would use. Or I would measure.

Ls7 lifters are direct replacement lifters for ls1s, ls6s and ls2s I would measure but 7.400 should be the one you need.
