As title says, installed PAC springs at about 49,000 miles a year ago and my car now is at 55,500 miles. Should I reuse them in the 243s?

At 6-7k miles I think you'd be fine with them. We're can install new stock seats & seals for you so all you have to do is slap those springs on them!
