Post #44: Car is a 6 speed and clearly has traction problems.

So get it straight, driving a 6 speed to these times is much more difficult than an automatic car.

i never said anything about driving im just showing the facts more hp cars with the same 1/4 time, i would agree a 6 spd would be more difficult to drive. alot of **** comes into play when drag racing Traction, Drivers, Weather etc...

Check Post 46 out he was there when the guy ran the car on STREET TIRES so i would imagine it would pick up quiet a bit with some traction so dont bash the mans car

6k is a good price. Fix the leaks and change that retarded cam and you're good to go.

For 6k, I can't blame you for jumping on it. For that price, you'll have enough dough to fix any problems you find. I would get it on a dyno with an experienced tuner asap.

oh 6k?! I might have missed that.. When I looked at it it was 8.5k. That cam is retarded though as someone else said. People have pulled their heads to discover the valves had indeed contacted the pistons before.
