Default Rocker installation?

I will be changing my cam out to a 228R here in the next week or so. I will be using the ls1howto.com procedure but just wanted to make sure that the rocker reinstall procedure covered everything. Do you just torque them down
(22ft. lbs I think) spin the motor a couple of times and recheck torque, and that is it? Just don't want to leave anything out that needs to be done.

Thanks.

Tho I don't know it off the top of my head there is a sequence to follow. It allows for torqueing to be done with the lifter on the base circle of the cam lobe. If you poke around you should find it or I am sure someone will provide a link for ya.
