I think it depends on what what year motor? Not sure, I think 98 were bigger then 99-02 not 100% on that someone will chime in with facts.

I think stock injectors are 26~28 pounds. hes gonna need a better fuel pump and tune for the bigger size injectors.

48's are overkill. While it will give you room to 'grow' later, are way more than is needed for just about any cam you can install with stock pistons. Yes a tune is absolutely needed with either a cam or injector change, let alone both.

Seconded on the overkill. Most people with those mods are still running stock injectors. I'd say that if you wanted to be safe and also subscribe to "room-to-grow" logic then some 32# injectors would do you much better and you could also get away with no pump upgrades or just a Boost-A-Pump. Either way, if you decide to mess with the injectors don't install them until you are at your tuner. Injector changes that are unaccounted for can have adverse effects on your engine.

I believe from 97-99LS1 (97 being the Vette) they are 28.something and from 00-04 they are 26.something. Throttle body is 78mm.
On the injectors, I wouldnt go bigger than 36#'s for that setup. 36# injectors give you the chance to add Heads and a small shot of nitrous later.

A1000 is fine it will work now if you want get some 60# injectors and do an E85 conversion on that bad boy. That way you can run as much timing as you want and no worries if you spray it or FI down the line.

the 98-99 cars had 28.8s, the 00 cars had 26s and the 01-02 cars had 28.8s. This is for the F-Body, I would imagine the Vette had the same for the years.

Guys he is running 3 bar fuel pressure compared to our 4 bar so I would guess some greentops or other 42lb'ers would be about right at that pressure. He may want to get a regulator to bump the pressure up to 58psi (4bar) not sure.

OP you may want to move this too the fueling section....
