Mix/Match Retainer Locks Hey guys and gals!
I recently bought a set of valve springs/retainers/locks from a forum member and everything showed up at my house okay except there were only 30 retainer locks instead of 32.
Is it okay to mix 2 new GM locks with the 30 other low-mileage locks (not sure where they came from)?

There are two styles that I know of, 7* and 10* if you take one of the locks with you and compare side to side with the stock ones you should beable to see the difference

Best to just buy a new set of (1) keeper from Patriot Performance 
, they are a sponser and good guys to deal with. For only $1 why risk it.
