:no, its i want more power at 3.5k to redline, cause a 2800lb car, with 340whp its hard enough to not spin through the first 3 gears....and still spinning into 4th
i dont have a tank like most and need all the tq to get my fat *** rollin. heard alot of success storys with 1/4 mile with cam specs around the ms3.

You might want to get ahold of Patrick Guerra then. He can get you the torque you need. Horsepower will just be a bi-product.

If you want to be satisfied, Pro-Filer LS6 heads and the 234 int duration EPS cam will walk all over the other combos you are bringing up.

None of the shops selling ported factory castings have anyone near the caliber of Darin Morgan porting their heads.

And don't always believe dyno numbers. It's not terribly hard to make one read 25hp higher if you have something to sell.

^ wheres the site? i`d like to take a look, i`ve been up for about 4 hours just looking at the two cams v2- ms3 etc with the two different heads 5.3 and ls6 2.5...my eyes hurt.

The MS3 won't fit under normal 5.3's from TSP. TSP recesses the valves on the 5.3's when they are being mated to an MS3 cam. Stage 2.5 ls6's won't fit without flycutting.

The reason we say the Tsunami fits is because we have tested the combo together. Your camshaft very well might clear, but we always want people to check to be sure!

thanks, i think matt is getting irritated with me cause i`ve been calling a few times and asked a bunch of questions. have been now for about 2 weeks now. i`ll give a call tomorrow to ask a few more, hopefully may get them then.

so if i wanted the cam to get most power in the mid(3k) and top(5.5-6k) with a smoother idle, i would want a 114+0lsa? i want a nice idle, not to choppy.
the 112+2 or 4 seems (to me) like it would have a much rougher idle(looking at video clips) and have the advance 2 or 4 would make everything come early in the super low rpms(1.5-2k) and peaking early. which i dont want.
am i wrong, i read the cam sticky to figure it out, just wanted to be sure...
or would a 113+2 113+0 or 114+2 be better.
looking for most power to be in the 3k and up. remember, cars 2800-2900lbs. no much usable power when im spinning now with just 335tq lol

seriously just break down and spend the money to get pat g to spec you one. tsp cams are really nice, but they arent tailored to one specific application. one that is custom made for your car will give you the power where you want it not where the average for everyone is.
