Default 300rwhp attainable out of 5.3L w/ TR224?

I would like to make at least 300whp with this combo. Havnt found many dyno graphs for 5.3 engines with a cam.

mods are:

02 5.3 w/ 4l60e
tr224
pacesetter shorties
2.5" exhaust dumps, no cats.
ls6 intake1
cold air intake
MSD wires

if you look on thunder racing website, they made i think 350rwhp with the tr220 so you should make a little more then that. if you dont meet your goal... something is wrong.

Yes. You can make some pretty decent power out of the 5.3L, but that motor belongs in a lighter car than an F-body.

My truck made 342/341 UNlocked w/ a 4000ish stall in my Silvy. Cam was a 220/224.
So yes....

The short headers may cut you back a lil; but not any crazy #'s.

hell yeah those are great numbers! Was that with the truck intake manifold or an Ls6? I may have to hack up my shorties and make them into long tubes for better fitment. I am putting this combo into my 98 ford ranger and the pacesetter shorties dont quite tuck next to the block all that well. I would be extremely stoked if i made anywhere near 350whp thats for sure!
