Default Thoughts and dyno numbers on the old man camshaft

I'm wondering what synopsis numbers and opinions people have on the old man can. O really only daily drive my car. Track days maybe once a Month if that. Mostly just looking for more power with very minor tuning and great drivability. Mods are in my sig. By the way I have tried the search option. For some reason my phone wont pull up anything using search.

You can obtain great driveability with a 220 or 224 cam. Im running a tr224 and its a great street cam. They make a tr220 also.
