Im building a 5.3l with a set of 217 heads milled .030". Can I still run the stock 5.3 head gasket with these heads or do I need a head gasket with a larger bore since the heads are off a 6.0 with a 4" bore? Anybody know or have the part numbers of what gaskets I would need?

If your heads combustion chamber is 4" then you need a head gasket with at least 4" bore- gasket must be as large bore as the larger of either the cylinder bore or the combustion chamber.The GM LS2/6.0L gasket would work fine.Sorry but I don't have the part #.
