Default need input on 317 heads on 98 formula

Okay guys i need your guys input on some heads im thinking about getting for my 98 formula they are the 317 heads. Since Iam doing a head swap iam also going to put a new cam in these are the cam Specs 235/240 .597/.592 LSA 112. I hear i have to mill the 317 heads down to get them to flow like the 243 heads if so how much before the valves hitting the pistons? Or can i just bolt the 317 heads without getting them mill down?

if you dont mill the 317s they will lower your compression. skip them if your not going FI or i guess if you already have them just run a smaller headgasket
