How much power would a built 383 make with ported Ls1 heads, an. Torquer 2 cam, and a Borla exhaust?

 

Try a search man. I think there is a guy who has a 383 ls6 block, prc 215 heads, torquer v3 and fast 92 intake. The guys name was HondaNick. I found it by searching 383 in the dynamometer section.

 

His numbers were 482/458 with a broad torque curve!

 

Are prc heads ported ls1s?

Depending on the port job, it could be fairly close to a number like mentioned above. If the heads arent milled and exhaust ports arent polished it could be completely different.

If he is refering to the aftermarket casting Precision Race Components 215 heads then you will probably be behind on your number.

yes PRC are ported ls1 heads.check TSP for a 383 package,or check the parts classified for 383.

 

Ok cool, then this should be making some good power then.
