The relationship between the heads chamber and flow ?
That the relationship between chamber & flow rate is an inverse relationship, which means big chamber give Lower flow than Small
As when entering the air small chamber the fallow greater flow rates more
Is this true? Is there an expert in that ?

Actually head flow has some to do with chambers but more to do with port size. The larger the intake port the slower the air will move through your port into your cylinder and chamber and out the exhaust port. The smaller the port the faster your velocity up to a point.
Also remember that just looking at your top flow numbers for street use is as useful as a 3 legged mule. You want to see the whole picture and the most important numbers are @ .200, .300, and .400. lift. Why because for street use .400 lift is a god place to see or eval how well the heads flow.
Another thing that will skew your numbers is valve size and bore fixture size. On the bench the bigger the bore size the better flow numbers you will have.
Again this is an overview if am wrong some one will chime in and fix my mistakes or add to what i left out.

The idea behind ls1 heads is pushing the air in head, in the blowing air, but at the end of the heads get tangles and loss of control to control the direction of the air, so companies have heads on generating traffic and air separation into two side first, as a clear picture first, either the theory that search for it, a separation of air without the presence of movement the last is that the air from the left side either the left second and come out a different direction from other
So i make a plate of aluminum to separation of the left side on the right side as a sign of - and + can be marked so we have a radical solution to the problem of the air and also increasing the size and increase air and I think that intake runner will be an increase of 5 to 10 cc
with higher flow air

What exactly are you trying to pin down here or determine?
How chamber size and shape plays a role in flow?
Be more specific and it may be easier for me to guide you in the rigt direction but be prepared that when dealing with airflow there are no hard stead fast rules....only generalities.
