I have been trying to figure out why my oil pressure at warm idle would vary between 55-60. Let say I am at a light, I can rev it up and roll forward a little bit and it will stay constant at 60. If I am cruising, the pressure is constant. But every now and then, at warm idle, the oil pressure sways back and forth between 55-60 lbs.
I know the oil hasn't broken down considering I did the oil change last weekend. This did it in within the time frame of the last oil change too. This is only occasionally, but I cannot seem to figure it out logically. As of now, I am chopping this one up to the horrible sending unit.
Ideas?
