I'm going with PRC 5.3L stage 2.5 heads and a 228R 114lsa which should get me there. I have a LS1 in my FD and its so much fun I can't wait for the heads and cam to get here. :-) Good luck on 10's man. I hope you have plans for th diff if you plan on running slicks. The sec you get ANY wheel hop the thing is done. Ask me how I know. :-p I had all the bushings and trailing arms done up as well.
My rear end is built, I have already been running 11 flats on my rotary setup for over a year launching at 9k.

However, a rotary has **** torque on the line. You think a Kaaz and 300mm axles will hold up to 450whp V8 power? They are good to about 700whp on rotary setups.

If Im going to do that, Im wondering the turbo route on a stock LS6 block would be cheaper, but im thinking not. However, that would put me into the 500whp range on 6-7psi correct?
Whats the going rate for having a good shop port my stock LS6 heads?
