short block rebuild I've never did the bottom end of a engine before. 346-382 stroker
What do i need as for tools to do this?
Whats a good book for all the clearances?
What is the proper way to clearance the block for a 4' crank?
Give honest help don't say call a sponsor. I'm more than capable, just never have done it.

Another good read if you are looking at books. Maybe some updated stuff might be found here. I've never read the one mentioned above though...
