Question Safe rev limiter and shift point settings on stock internals

I was just wondering what some safe settings would be because I am going to have to send the PCM off to have some tuning done due to a gear swap. So I thought I would go ahead and have some additional tunning done such as rev limiter, shift points, TM delete, and a few other odds and ends. Any suggestions will be very helpful.

If you're still running a stock cam and valvetrain, leave the shift points and rev limiter alone... just change those if you go with a new cam and at least stiffer valve springs.

I shift mine at 6800 and cross the traps at 6900. Limiter at 7000.
