Default LS1 Heads rebuild and cam question

im looking to rebuild the LS1 heads on my 99 Camaro z28 and possibly a 2002ish LS6 cam

just wondering what would be the best things i would need for the heads rebuild, chromoly push rods, ls6 springs and roller lifters are my thoughts

and im looking for a cheap possibly used LS6 cam from a 2002 or newer LS6

any advice or help would be appreciated

Instead of rebuilding your stock heads, go for used 243/799 heads and get a new cam suited for the 243 heads.
