what to do with this motor???

what to do with this motor??? i was ripping my motor out for my turbo build because i thought i could get a better look with it out and low and behold looks like i need a rebuild.
car has 80k on it, but im scared shitless to get it done because the cost...runnin low on funds because last min i decided to get the trans rebuilt too.
how much does it cost to get the block cleaned, fluxed, and cam bearings installed??? i have a guy that will build and blueprint for 500 but thats with parts on the table. Now im thinking if im going this far why dont i just go with good rods and pistons too??? but it bumps the price to around 2600
but then theres option B....just buy a new short block. where can i get one and whats the cost???
