help with head/cam selection

help with head/cam selection will most likely be goin' with tr224 or futral 226 with 114 and 112 respectively.will the ls6 stg.2 head match these ok on a a4 3200vig 12bolt 410 f-body.thinkin patriot or absolute heads???? 
if your even thinkin patriots check out their packages in the GP section or on their site...i think you can pick up a set of their 5.3's and cam for like 1800 and it comes with PR's and gaskets to install everything.
