Default 799/243

I picked up a set of heads off a twin turbo C6, the castings are 243 on one side and 799 on the other. The #7 piston exploded and bent a valve. can this be fixed and be reliable?

even if they weld it, can i throw a 600 lift cam in there with .675 rated springs and run it?

you can have the head pressure tested. cc the chambers,and mill to match chamber sizes.
