Big duration cam pushes the max torque up in the RPM range which is why it yields higher HP numbres on a dyno. HP is a function of torque at a given RPM.
This is important for a race car as it lives above 5k rpm. For street driving I'd go with a 22x/22x as other guys have mentioned. It's all about the combo working in harmony. Do as much research as you can and make an educated decision.
