I'm running the numbers to get a decent compression ratio for a future build, and the one parameter that I don't how how to control is Deck Height. Is there a way to modify the clearance, or is it just a matter of how close your piston gets and that's the end of it?

 

You can mill the deck, or you can change pistons.
