Got my Rotating assmbly from Texas Speed Today(*UPDATE)* !

Guys,
I can't stress enough how frustrated we are that you guys are having to deal with this issue. It is safe to say that we will not be seeing this issue with one of our rotating assemblies again.
That being said, in an effort to compensate you for the trouble, WE WILL BE UPGRADING YOU TO FORGED CRANKS AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Being that it is so late in the day here, I will update both of you tomorrow morning as to which way we will be going after I talk to our crank suppliers.

I cant stress enough how quickly and professionally you guys have handled this, and as Kevin stated, I do understand that **** can happen and you all are going above and beyond to make sure that we/I am a satisfied customer. Another thought on the subject. The crankshaft may not have gone out the door in that condition. There is no telling the environment the crankshaft went through during shipping process. No telling where that box had been once it went out the door and during the time it was delivered to the customers door.

Wow that blows but great service i have tsp exhaust and oil pump and call there today to get a price on a 408 stroker short block glad too see the response that jon showed i will be placeing an order for a stroker as soon as i get the extra cash good cs
