Default car wont start after rebuild

I had my LS1 rebuilt, new connecting rods, pistons, rebuilt heads, new cam, new lifters, push rods, springs, pretty much everything.

I got it all installed in the car and it will not start. It will turn over no problem.

I checked all the plugs, coil packs, fuel pressure, grounds, everything but compression.

When I first started it, it fired right up, idled to 1000 rpms, went up to 1400 rpms and then died. And now it will not start up. Every once and awhile, it will pop like it is trying to start.

The only thing I did not do is soak the lifters. I read on here and my books, soak the lifters, dont need to soak the lifters.

After I could not get it started again, I took the head covers off to check the rockers and springs. All the rockers were tight but I could move the rockers freely on the intake valves. back and fourth from the push rod the the valve.

I even took the fuse's out for the injectors and pulled the plugs and turned it over for about a minute to build oil pressure. nothing

I dont know what else to do except to take the heads off and soak the lifters.

The codes that it is throwing, pulled with HP turners.

I ohm checked all the grounds. Every ground has prefect continuity at 0 resistance. I took the fuses out for the injectors.

I am still thinking it can be collapsed lifters.

I dont know what else to do.

It's not the lifters. Don't rip it apart. The good news is that it did run for a short time.

Fuel pressure is good. You checked the coil connectors and the grounds. Did you check each bank for spark at the plugs?

Are the injectors firing...?

Is the crank reluctor spinning on the crank...?

When cranking, what rpm does the scantool show...?

Injectors are all firing. Crank is brand new. The starter is spinning the engine over at 450 or so rpms

If the crank sensor was bad, wouldn't it throw a code??

Why would my plugs be fouled out?

I wish it was that easy.

I have everything plugged in.

I disconnected the MAF sensor to try to run it with IAT. Still did not start.

This could be silly but did you drill out the hole on your TB blade to make it bigger?

I know mine had a difficult time idling and would fire up and shut off if I wasn't giving it any throttle...
