A troubled 404 Stroker...***UPDATEDD** PLEASE READ LAST POST!
I go to start my car after a few weeks and this car isn't budging at all....Its clicking like it's the starter...I changed the starter and still the same thing...so I decided to pull out the plugs and turn it manually but still no luck..it's like it is locked or something...THE PLUGS HAD WATER ON THEM!! WTF?? This motor has barely 3000 miles on it! Any suggestions on what it can be lS1tech!??!

Start with the simple, easy and cheap things....pull all the plugs, keep track of where they came from, do you best to inspect the holes....stick something down them so see if they come out wet. Try to move it with a wrench on the crank pulley, but not too hard.
If they cylinders are dry, and your oil is clean, try spraying some fluid film into the cylinders and leave it sit over night with the plugs back in. Try to rotate again tomorrow.
