Increased operating temp with new setup

Increased operating temp with new setup First warm day and noticed the engine temp was up in the 200-205 deg. range. I have a 160 stat and have both fans set to turn on by 188 deg. Do not remember seeing this high of temp with the previous setup. With this setup should I be seeing this high of temp?
When my H/C/I went on mine would hit 230* in traffic a/c on in the hot NC summers. My tuner said that was OK but I ended up just buying a drop in dual 1' core radiator and I never hit 200* now. I went with a Howe and the quality was AWESOME and they custom built it and had it to me in less than 2 weeks.... Much less $$ than Ron Davis, BeCool, SLP or LG.......

Forged LS6 block and 234/232/112 CC stick. Was OEM LS1 w/ TR224. Also, with the higher temp I was seeing some off idle to mid range rpm random 1-3 deg of KR. I just modified my ECT Spark base table to cover the higher temp.... hope that takes care of it
