2002 LQ4 piston part number (cross on top)

2002 LQ4 piston part number (cross on top) Hi guys,
I bought a LQ4 for my S10 engine swap and got it all installed. It had a loud tick so I pulled the driver side head to replace lifters and I found this-
It's on number 5 cylinder. The odd thing is there are no marks inside the cylinder or on the head!!!! No chunk anywhere to be found!!!! My only conclusion is this piston was installed like this!!!! It was a Dealer pullout in 2002 for piston slap.....LOL
Motor has no miles on it so I plan to just slap a new piston in it.
Can anyone tell me the part number for these pistons? Its a 2002 and it has the cross on the tops of the pistons. Thanks in advance
