Just finished a cam swap on a ls1. I put in the 224r cam. While driving home I noticed that it wouldnt go into over drive. Could this be because it needs a tune?I checked the trans fluid while it was running and it's right where it should be. Any ideas??

its all in the tune. everything about that trans is controlled through that computer so get someone to dig in there with a software. cant go wrong with a dyno tune

i have no personal dealings with texas speeds tuning but i have never heard anyone unhappy. im 100% sure they have the know how to get you a great tune by just knowing the mods on your car (sending the cam card couldnt hurt). tuning is a routine for those pros by now, like brushing your teeth.
