Check it on one not damaged. You are looking for the cause. If you disassemble everything and don't figure out the cause you may end up with the same situation later.

You need to do a wipe check on the rocker geometry to ensure the rockers are set at the correct height. If you are replacing all the valves and having the heads done, check it when the heads come back from the shop.

Here is a link on how I did it with my AFR heads and Yella Terra rockers so you understand how things work. Link

Since you have stock rockers, things will change a bit. Also, need to know what tools you have available to you for this check. One other thing to consider, if you only replace the bad valves without checking the rest of the valves you can run into three problems. First, the valve stem height on the replacement valves may be different then the rest. Second, the remaining valves may have the same problem in which case you will be taking the motor apart again. Third, if they valve job on the heads is special like five angle and not stock, you need someone who can provide that matching cut on the valves.

I had asked earlier whose heads these were?

One other thing you need to check is the retainers and locks used in the setup. As mentioned earlier by KCS, the valve stem looks very low in the retainer and there are special parts that can be bought just for this purpose. You need to see which locks you have installed. I would contact Patriot for new retainers and talk to them about the locks as well. A photo of the lock will help once you get it apart.

Didn't catch that. He needs to check the installed parts, especially the locks since he stated they are all doing this.

I would. Once you pull it all apart you may have a problem finding the cause. You need to take a deliberate approach to this so you can find the cause and correct it. Since all the retainers are dented the rocker contact sounds like it was never correctly setup.

Based solely off reading here you don't seem to have the knowledge base or help to get this done. Take it to a shop
