Default Tell me if this sounds right to you guys

Im new here.... Ive got a 98 s10 pickup 2wd, with a 2000 f-body ls1 and t56... Ive been tyo the tuner several times, and im tapped out at 380rwhp and 360 rwtq.... Here's my setup.... 2000 ls1 (rebuilt, but stock block) sanderson shorties, no cats, flow 40, trick flow 220cc heads, vengeance racing vrx4 cam, trick flow hardened pushrods, yella terra roller rockers, FAST 92 manifold, and a Nick Williams throttle body with FAST 36lb injectors..... Shouldnt I be well over 400rwhp with that combo? Maybe I need a new tuner

You are going to need 3 things..

your dyno graph, a compression/leakdown test, and some long tubes.. get those shorties off there if you can.

If the a/f ratio is good and the timing is aggressive without knock, then there isn't much more your tuner can really do.

That seems low to me too, What size is your exhaust,? dual's or a single pipe ? Any room in there for some long tube headers?

Wow, thanks for the quick responses, guys..... I have already ordered the lt's, but itll be about 8 weeks for that... The exhaust is a lond 2.5" y-pipe to a single 3" flow 40.... As for the clutch, no, its old, and a little beat... But the dyno graph showed no sign of slippage, and i dont get any slip on the street, either..... As for the duty cycle, i honestly dont know.... I went from ford 42's (big mistake) wihich smoked like hell, to the fast's, with zero gain..... How does that make any sense?
