Default head milling/flycutting

i recently installed a tsp tsunami cam 235/240 .647/.609 and prc 2.5 ls6 heads.
my question is, do you guys think i could mill these heads without having to flycut? the cam was installed and degreed straight up at 109 degrees

anyone else have info on this? another thing i was thinking of doing is getting a 383 rotating asembly and getting higher compression pistons with valve releifs. that way i wouldent have to mill the heads, and i wanted to do a 383 anyway.

What was the original PTV when you installed the H/C?
