Anyone have problems with TR and Shipping

There is a sponsor feedback forum for this type of thing. Sounds like it's only a few business days late. It happens, and it wouldn't be that big of a deal to me. But that's just me. If you depend on your car for daily transportation, never tear it apart until you have everything you need to put it back together.

I normally wouldnt have taken it apart until i had all the parts but i wanted to get a jump on it and i had family in town on sunday till today so i wanted it put back together before they got here.
Plus i had an appt for it to get tuned this afternoon.

He has every right to post about being pissed when someone said his part would be there on a certain day. Just like you all have the right to post TR is great and never had a problem. You all need to chill because TR is the **** and one complaint about shipping that looks like it was Fed Ex's fault is not going to kill TR business. They were back to work one day after Hurricane Katrina that speaks volumes for "Customer Appreciation" Sorry your parts took so long to get there it happens. I got my own opinions about Fed Ex thats for another day though.

Yeah like i said before both companys are saying its the other persons fault. I dont really care whos fault it is i just want my cam here. And because i bought the cam through TR i feel as though they should be the ones taking care of the situation. They chose who they shipped it through and if that shipper screws up ultimately it comes down on where i bought it from.
