Default Gettin pulley back on

I thought i asked for the larger crankbolt when i picked up a gasket kit but just got another of the same size. Any easy ways to get the pulley back on without hammering or the enlarged bolt??

TIA

You putting a stock pulley back on or an ASP? If an ASP, you can *probably* get it started without the longer bolt...may have to lightly tap it on.

With the stock pulley, its gonna take a lot more hammering than I'd recommend. GM doesnt sell the longer bolt, but a bolt shop would.

Since you are using the stock pulley use a longer bolt that you can buy from a auto parts store.
M16x2mmx103mm stock bolt
M16x2mmx120mm longer bolt
