The springs are designed to run up to a .650 lift cam.

Of course not....but...I would be happy knowing that my cam is .600 and my springs are .650 ....AND... they are dual. I'll take any piece of insurance I can get in those days

Looks awesome, and not a bad deal at all...This is definitely the spring set I will use to compliment a TSP 231/237 in the near future!

Terry or Joseph,

How do you think those springs will do with TSP 231/237 112 LSA cam ?

That's the springs I'm running with my TSP 231/237 cam. 4,000 hard miles and not a bit of trouble.

Thumbs up

Wow that price is good. The Comp 921's cost more than that. Even the Crane duals cost about $335. And the Comp and Crane's don't have that high seat pressure. Even
though i have the new 918's, which have 130lbs seat pressure, i like the idea of the
dual springs. I like the idea of peace of mind. Looks like i'll have a set of new blue stripe 918's with titanium retainers for sale soon

Terry have these springs been tested on any setups for a period of time yet? Say...10K miles or so on a .595+ lift cam?

That price is VERY appealing for a spring with that much seat/open pressure

Also, I'm assuming these springs will work with stock lifters? That's a LOT of pressure, what install height for stock lifters?

Thanks,

Josh

I've been running them on my car for over 4,000 miles now.. probably closer to 4,500. I've made probably 20 dyno pulls and literally hundreds of WOT runs. When I swap heads again in the next month or so, Terry wants the springs so he can test them, then I'll stick them on the new heads. So far they have worked wonderfully. Btw.. my lift is .598/.595 and I'm also still using my stock lifters.

If you PM me your name I can check your order. Its been a while since we shipped any steel retainers. Are you sure yours aren't titanium also? Even on our Crane package, alot of our customers have received the same retainers seen in these photos

LMFAO.. That's kinda like cats and dogs humpin' each other ain't it??

I have complete faith in them and they currently being used with several G5X2's, G5X3's, and TSP231/237's.

I have a set of 5.3L heads right now that have 987s on them... would these springs work for me since I have larger pockets? Or is there an alternative of these springs for the larger pockets?
