-driveshaft safety loop
-slicks
-pro 5.0 shifter

You can't go wrong with heads and intake; it will really make use of that
camshaft!

I'd even suggest getting some more flow from the rest of the exhaust
system as there's really not much benefit of having all the good stuff
under the hood if the exhaust is restricting the power potential.

Ported/vj'd 243's, look for a decent deal on a fast intake/tb (honestly, you really need it for that cam to show its potential), and while I don't know much about manual cars, if you plan on making decent power, I'd imagine you'll need to upgrade the clutch, master/slave cylinders as well.

If you do the work yourself, which isn't bad, you'll be hauling ***.

Other than subframes and DS safety loop, is the suspension otherwise stock?

ya suspension is otherwise stock, it needs new rear control arms since one side is bent. were picking up a BMR torque arm for $100.

What do you guys think the car will make to the wheels with the heads, intake, and ported throttle body?

Depending on Tune, head choice, compression anywhere between 390-450 rwhp

Some new heads and a FAST intake will work wonders with that cam. Extra compression should really pick it up!

If its in the budget you should go aftermarket casting. PRC, AFR, or TFS all have good aftermarket casting heads that will work great with the cam you are working with. These heads all have thicker decks, smaller runners, and larger valves. The thicker deck allows for more clearance so you can run large cams like the one you have and not have to flycut. The smaller runners move the air at a faster velocity giving more low end power and throttle response. Send me a PM or give us a call at the shop and we can go over it in detail.
